MapGive was a website and campaign to get people online to volunteer to map areas immediately after a natural disaster using high-quality satellite imagery and OpenStreetMap.org. The goal was to provide aid organizations with this map data so they could respond faster and with more accuracy.
I was the creative director for the project, building the branding, logo, graphics, videos, and communication strategy. I also designed the website. I worked with a team of developers, UX specialists, communications specialists, and GIS specialists to bring this to life.
We presented this project at the SXSW festival.
